Built in 1867, this Greek Revival house was the home of Ben and Marcia Thomas from 1897 to 1944. It stayed in their family until 1987, when it became a house museum. The house represents a typical middle-class family home in Central City and is almost unchanged from the time when the Thomases lived here. Visiting the Thomas House is truly like stepping back in time to Central City's heyday. Tours are offered year round from our Tour Office at 117 Eureka Street (Washington Hall). $7 per person, kids 12 and under free.
