USD 443's 2016-2017 Pre-Kindergarten through 12-th grade enrollment exceeds 7,000 students. Historically, Dodge City Public Schools enrollment continues to increase an average of 100 students per year.
USD 443 utilizes iPad technology with every student as part of a one-to-one initiative. Each student has access to an iPad in every classroom.
Student Achievement on the Kansas Assessment Program in Reading and Mathematics continues to increase.
USD 443 graduates attending Kansas college and universities consistently had higher GPA's (grade point averages) than the general college population.
USD 443 students participating in the ACT college testing program had an average composite (overall) score of 19.8.
Dozens of Dodge City High School students are concurrently enrolled at Dodge City Community College each semester.
