Description
Russell Child Development Center (RCDC) is a community based not-for-profit organization. RCDC is the umbrella agency for the following early childhood programs in 19 Southwest Kansas Counties: tiny-k Early Intervention Program, Building Blocks Project, Child & Adult Care Food Program, and Targeted Case Management. Since 1965, RCDC has enjoyed a reputation of providing high quality services to Southwest Kansas.
