Susan is currently serving as President of Gateway Orlando where she shares her vision to help shape the future of the Semoran Corridor. She meets with local community leaders and business owners to help define the area with an emphasis on the beauty and safety of the area. She works daily to strengthen the existing businesses and attract investments to benefit the area. She was recognized by Mayor Buddy Dyer, as one of the City Orlando Volunteers of the year, in 2014.
Her experience includes a twenty-two year career with AT&T, where she gained valuable expertise and applied her considerable talents to create a simplified user-interface, utilizing artificial intelligence, for the customer service operation. In 1998, Susan founded TeleSolutions in Orlando FL. This specialized call center was located in the heart of the South Semoran Corridor. Her company provided nationwide support for AT&T Wireless Data, headquartered in Kirkland WA. TeleSolutions helped establish the market for the ubiquitous presence of Wireless Internet services that is now part of our daily lives. Today, Susan works as a private consultant, providing services to clients, with a special focus on technology.
