Local Recreation: Rolling Hills is home to a large, grassy park hosting a shelter, basketball court, sand volleyball pit and playground equipment. More structures are in the planning phases to add to the park. Rolling Hills also maintains a bike path / walkway that stretches the length of the town, and a bridle path for the horses on the opposite side of the road. The sand dunes recreational area is just north of Rolling Hills, while the Platte River is right down the hill. The nearby town of Glenrock offers a multitude of recreation including a golf course and a rec center.
