Welcome to Lake Hartwell SUP Yoga. Practicing yoga on the water is an excellent way to connect with one's self. This will allow you to get centered, find stillness, practice balance, breathe and find inner peace.
Lake Hartwell SUP Yoga was founded by Kristin Joyner. I have always had a love for the lake. I fell into yoga out of need. I was caring for my Mother and needed an activity to assist me in being a better caretaker for Mom. It is an honor to have the opportunity to share my family's lake house and the love of yoga with my future students.
I have developed yoga sequences to allow ALL levels of yogies to enjoy and explore being on the water. Time will be given to students to paddle, practice yoga poses both for beginners and advanced. This is your practice, so make it fun!
